Larry Walker left the yard as the sizzling Chicago Rastafarians outscored the
London Hawk Lords 11 to 4.
Chicago bats came alive with a big top of the 9th inning as they creamed
London blasting them with 7 runs on 5 hits. The critical plate appearance
was by Alex Cora who quieted the crowd when he caught a hold of a bad pitch
for a Grand Slam homerun (his 11th of the season). Chicago ended up with 11
hits for the game while London had 7.
Francisco Cordero(8-7) picked up the victory, allowing no runs in 1 and 1/3
innings. Kevin Gregg(6-6) was tagged with the loss in relief. He pitched 1/3
of an inning giving up 1 hit and no walks.
